Can you elaborate why repo rates is an idication of anything?

Do you have a link to show these repo rates?

So have we: civil war, revolution, famine: all happened in the US, and modern economic turmoil, which they have not experienced yet. They already have their fair-share of rioting workers over there when factories shut down.
