Hopefully, that is what Huber is doing with 470 investigators. Also, since he is located in Utah, he will most likely stay out of DC and empanel in Utah. It was a brilliant move by Sessions. Huber has way more power than Mueller.

Swamp that decides whether to hand down indictments for felony prosecution.
Also, look at the executive order in the post above. Perhaps they decided, if they are going to arrest big named politicians, that it will be better to prosecute in military courts rather than end up with some libtard judge that will may just give slap on the wrist. So, purely speculation, perhaps it will become really interesting after January.
Furthermore, it is kind of interesting that Trump is spending so much money on Guantanamo.
