China forces 500,000 Tibetans into labour camps

China is pushing hundreds of thousands of Tibetans into forced labour camps, mirroring a program in the western Xinjiang region, as the International Olympic Committee is urged to strip Beijing of the Winter Olympics.

New evidence suggests the Chinese government now has a large-scale mandatory "vocational training" program in Tibet, pushing more than 500,000 rural labourers into recently built military-style training centres in the first seven months of this year alone.

The evidence has been compiled by German anthropologist Dr Adrian Zenz, whose research was instrumental in raising the profile of the security build-up and mass detention of Uighurs in China's remote Xinjiang province.

Aside from his dirty work against the united states, what kind of a person of Tibetan heritage spies for the Chinese against Tibetans? China has and continues to systematically commit both cultural and bodily genocide against the Tibetans - for decades.

Not something that I immediately understand. I follow why some Chinese americans or immigrants might spy against the u.s. because they are on some trip where they still see china as the motherland. But a Tibetan spying on Tibetans for China? Must have been some cash passed there. Although I dont know. I read that his parents were members of the chinese communist party. I don't know. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty.

The Dalai Lama has always advocated the kumbaya approach against China. Yeh sure, fine. But his country has been totally occupied and ravaged and culturally taken over by china while the Dalai Lama has lived comfortably in Dharamsala India since he fled. It is easy to be kumbaya from there.
