China endures worst cold wave in 140 years

"The cold wave has left dozens of people dead and pushed thermometers below 104 degrees in at least 40 cities and counties.

"SHANGHAI (AP) - It's been so cold in China that folks are freezing shrimp on manhole covers, eggs are freezing without refrigeration and a highway billboard has mysteriously snapped by itself.

The cold wave -- the worst in at least 140 years in some parts -- has left dozens of people dead and pushed thermometers below 104 degrees F in at least 40 cities and counties, mostly in the south and east. Authorities for the first time have declared the cold a "level 2" weather emergency -- a label normally invoked for typhoons and flooding."

You are an idiot with your sarcasm, Rectum. If you go outside, you will notice it is the middle of summer in the northern hemisphere. Weather is not climate and like warm weather, last winter's extreme cold in China and Russia does not mean the end of the world.
