Guy’s don’t know how to be men anymore. Start’s with an actual father figure (man) in the home. Then that guy needs to take an active interest in his children.

Indeed. Children need both a father and a "birthing people." Yeh. Birthing people are great when it comes to giving birth. Until recent times most of them were women and mothers but it is more complicated than that now I guess.
