China again tries to talk the market higher after France warns it may lose AAA rating

China has talked the market higher in the last 2 weeks but how long can that last?

I never imagined that France would lose its AAA rating. I thought they are one of the biggest high-value industrial exporters in the EuroZone. Must be their social welfare programs holding them down.
