Chicago Prop. firm (futures)

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I am looking for a small to medium sized prop. Firm that trades futures (screen trading), that is located in Chicago. I am looking for a company that starts you off with a salary + commissions and offers health benefits. If anyone could give me a list of firms that meet my requirements I would really appreciate it.
 
I think a new prop futures firm opens up every month in Chicago. Only caveat is u probably will have to be under the age of 25 for them to look into u.

Can anyone else lead me in the right direction. A little backround on me. I am 25 and live in Chicago with a BA in marketing (3.5 gpa) I have two small business that I started on my own from scratch that have been fairly profitible over the last 5 years. I am also a National Account Executive for a company in the manufacturing industry. I have been paper trading on a simulator for about 6 months now and have realized that my passion in life is for trading. If anyone can give me suggestions I would realy appreciate it.
 
When applying to any trading company what is the best way to apply? Should I just email my resume to the contact listed on their websight?
