anyone know of what a typical deal at a Chicago futures/cash/equities trading firm for an experienced trader (10+years) is these days?

particularly:
payout splits
base salary (if any)
starting BP
max daily drawdown
max drawdown where they show you the door
ave. compensation
other perks

also, top houses?
