Thanks Nitro and Atticus for the hotel deals. Will certainly look into those. Is the Magnificent Mile a good area to stay? I got lucky using Priceline in LA recently by naming my own price (saved 50% on 4 star hotel) and may try the same thing again, as long as I can get the hotel pick in a specific area. Also, Nitro, thanks for that golf site. Exactly what I was looking for.

same here! just got done w/ my first week on the CBOE floor clerking...hung out at Ceres on Friday after expiration was a great time lots of people hanging out watching the Cubs-Sox game, the Euro Cupp, and happy to end the expiration cycle.

Would love to get together w/ some ETers!!! Any time any place preferrably Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville, Logan Square, or anywhere downtown.

Let's do it!! :)
 
During the summer months I like to grab some drinks at Ceres outside the CBOT. The thing is, a lot of guys on here are flacky and don't like to meet people in person so these get togethors usually fall apart. It doesn't matter though, I'll bring some traders from my office and if no one from ET shows up, more beers for us.
