Chicago-based accountant recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a Chicago based accountant that meets the following:

1. Reasonably priced
2. Knowledgable about trader accounting (stocks, options & futures)
3. Responsive to clients

Additionally, if you have used them in the past and don't mind sharing, can you estimate either their billing rate, or what it would cost to have them file for you?

This is for an individual tax return. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
