This is a problem that has grown over many years, because no administration, Republican or Democrap(t) would seriuosly tackle it.
I, for one, would be pleased if we never had another Democrap(t) in the Presidency. Most of their followers seem to be full of hatred and never seem to have a better plan, ----for anything.

I think we have learned the consequences from interfering with free market price movements.
I think all he can do is exploit alternative fuel sources, which he has thrown himself into already. The price of ethanol, biodiesel, ect rising gives financial incentive to develop these processes. It may be a while since we see these market forces react but you can already see the gears moving.
