Check when website was updated

Folks,

While trading today I got a note about a negative letter from a state senator that was posted to Ackman's anti HLF site. (http://factsaboutherbalife.com/wp-c...Espaillat - FTC Herbalife Letter - July 8.pdf)

My question is does anyone know if there is a method to verify what time this was uploaded to the website? Would be helpful to know if I am trading on something fresh or old news. This would obviously be helpful to know moving forward.
