Cheapest source for EOD data (Stocks & Futures)

Can someone suggest a cheapest source to buy/download EOD data on daily basis, just OHLC & Volume? Not interested in historic data or level-II

Want to run some scanner [yet to be built] daily to find some stock/futures to initiate trade.

Do not want to attempt downloading ONE stock/future at-a-time script, rather some FTP access to download all stocks/futures [US market] in one go.
 
Eoddata has nightly download data with prices ranging from $0 to $29.95 per
month (cheaper if you pay for a whole year at once). You need the $24.95
plan to get EOD futures data. They just upgraded their servers so downloads
are now fast. All US futures are one .csv format file. I pay the $29.95/month
because my P/L program needs EOD option prices. Eodata also has Canadian
and foreign EOD quotes. I think it has shorter period bars also in the
most expensive plan, but I do not use it. Service is good because I do not
notice it. I need to select and download 8 files for everything I need for
each day.
