Cheapest Phone calls from overseas to USA

I have been using PC2Phone services, but decided
not to use them as qualities were very poor or often
couldn't connect at all

Which are the cheaper services for making calls from
abroad to USA for Phone2Phone service, which is
geared toward foreign traders ,trading overseas?

Any recommandation or suggestions would be appericiated

Thanks for the link, but this site is only benifit you if you living
in UK. If i call from another country to US, i have to call UK first
through my service provider and they will redirect me to USA.

the United Kingdom. So if you live abroad or if you
are on holiday outside the UK you cannot make

Does anyone know any services that can be used
from all over the world to USA for cheap phone rates?

Can you give a specific link to something that says it is free? I used to use DialPad because it was free but I stopped using it when they started charging.

Thanks , butI don't want to use PC2PC, as i might
be blocked by my ISP to use this service in differnet
country.Their Phone2phone is for US to international only.


What i require is Phone2phone international to US,
any recommandation please?
