Cheapest option for FX and Futures quotes?

Can someone suggest a cheap and reliable service to receive live FX quotes, live futures quotes and news? Very simple, no analytics or complex bells and whistles. I am looking for an alternative to Reuters. We have a Bloomberg but want a cheaper backup source for FX and all futures quotes, maybe news. Thank you!!
 
all retail fx brokers provide free realtime quotes/charting
the pairs quoted and news varies
there's some solutions to feed data via MetaQuotes/MetaTrader
depending on the what chart program you want to feed

Call me crazy, but the feed Interactive Brokers offers for free (if you spend $30 a month in commissions) is pretty succulent. Hehe, I remember when I first opened an account with them in 2001, all quotes were updated once every .7 seconds or something like that. In essence, it's the same now, except it's about once every .1 seconds.
