Cheapest back-fill only provider for futures for NT?

I am using NinjaTrader with Zenfire datafeed, and I am looking for suggestions for the cheapest backfill provider I can find for futures data. I don't need real-time obviously because ZenFire provides that already, but its backfill is limited to about 30 days or so.

I am especially interested in getting it for DX (US dollar index), because they provide absolutely no backfill at all for that symbol.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
