Do you have some interesting brokers that would be able to offer, for approx 500KEUR of capital + 50MEUR of volume per month, a better commission rate than IB (which is exchange cost + ~5bp). Something closer to cost + ~1bp.

Don't forget that probably any broker in EU will have problems if you are in the UK. UK is not in the EU union anymore, so other rules can apply, which makes it uninteresting to accept UK clients.
