Cheap Realtime quotes with API

I am looking for cheap realtime quotes with an api that I connect to in Excel. I plan to use this for pairs-trading and I want tick data. Any ideas?
 
I thought that Geneses offer a great product when it come downs to API, Can you give me more info about that Genesis Laser? :confused:

very fast, stable, excellent executions.

Not all features are there, bud modded laser solves that issue.

App is very lite, almost no system resources, even in heavy times.

We develop code 24/7

Testing it on live data and live execution can only happen during market hours, but that's the same regardless of what you use since you want live quotes & execution.

I'm not seeing what you mean.
