Cheap place for "good enough" ZS tick/quote data?

I'm interested in soy beans, but I'd like fine-grained, intraday prices for this contract. For stocks, they have TAQ and nasdaqdod.com; I'd like something similar and cheap, no more than $200/month.

I'd prefer finer grained that 1-second, but even 1-second level-1 (bid x ask, bidsize, asksize) downloadable CSV files would be great.

Can someone recommend a service?

Not sure if this is exactly what you want, but Open ECry offers charts down to 1 second now. I forget exactly when they went sub 1 minute charts.
