I've bought several computers from DFS. They are accommodative about their 90-day warranty.

Suggest making sure their prices are currently on "big discount".

Also... their best line of computers is "Precision"... desktop and laptop. They are excellent. All the rest (except maybe Alien) are average.
 
I didn't buy anything this time, but made sure FATWALLET48 coupon does knock 48% off, plus shipping becomes free. There is tax though (I am in IL). Plus, with fatwallet.com account, there is 5% cashback on the net price. So about 50% off the price, which I consider "pretty decent"
 
I just got mine in the mail yesterday, I bought a Latitude E6230 for a whopping $230 shipped thanks to this coupon @DarthSidious . I obviously haven't done much with it, but so far really impressed. I did the windows experience test and got a pretty good score on it. It has an SSD, 8gigs of ram, and an i5. I haven't tested the battery life yet, but I did the microsoft test on it and its health was listed as excellent, so hopefully should provide a decent battery life. Anyways, really impressed. Thanks for the coupon
 
I've purchased 7 Latitude laptops from dfs over the past 3 years for my business. Not a single problem with any of them, and I don't think I ever paid more than $250 for what were basically top line 1 gen behind systems.
 
these Dells sound terrific, and very tempting,

but i'm tired of the fan noise, and there are now alternatives,
such as tablets, and some of newer laptops [although expensive]
