However—-Whether those statements are ALL of the statements of every single brokerage account he owns or controls with every broker is another story.
What does it matter? So you are saying he is consistently making money with one account with minimal drawdowns for years, but blowing up other undisclosed accounts?

I am kinda disappointed with you that you started this thread being an educator yourself. As you know, Ross has broker statements available and had them audited. What do you say to that?

Just open multiple accounts and only "audit" the winning one.

How hard is that?

Nope not saying that at all. For all I know the posted statements are all of the accounts he has. At least he DOES post the statements and no one else does that - that I am aware of

Again, how did he get so lucky to pick Lightspeed account and be able to show amazing performance with every day being posted on YouTube for three years? Common, guys, there’s healthy skepticism and then there’s denial.

Easy one account is on a laptop and the other account is on another computer so you are logged into 2 different accounts on same trading platform- nothing to it
But it is a live trading room... You call your trades live.
Do you run two separate rooms one for long and one for short?

2 key tips

How to expose fake chatroom gurus claiming to trade real money accounts tip #1:

  • Simply ask them to trade odd size all morning, eg 977 shares or 61 shares etc for each of their next 5 trades.
  • Carefully watch time & sales when they claim to trade in order to verify whether or not they are trading live.

How to expose fake chatroom gurus claiming to trade real money accounts tip #2:

  • They invariably use brokers whose trading platforms do NOT show demo/sim vs real money account status (or they cover it)
  • Proof: you will likely never see one of them trade $100,000 profit day on the excellent IB TWS platform because the demo/du account sim TWS has a telltale red bar at the top saying demo account
  • Or a broker like fidelity which I trade on, that has no demo/sim mode

Think like a LEO/police officer..... if it looks hinky, there's clues. If you showed YouTube videos of a guy claiming to have net profitable $100,000 winning days to a policeman what would his honest reaction be?

Or any smart professional adult. They would candidly say "you don't actually believe that, do you??" Sheepishly, you nod your head.

Give enough monkeys a typewriter and one of them will eventually write Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare).

Most traders never ask these questions, they don't want to offend their "guru"!

afaik Ross never stated that he's 100% kosher. on the contrary, his website states: 'results may be based on simulated or hypothetical performance'

Every trading website says this. They have to by regulation, unless they are licensed to be a FA or whatever. Which means that pretty much nobody out there is licensed in this way.

"...results may be based on simulated or hypothetical performance"

When was the last time you ever saw one of these sites with the line..."Results are based on real money trades with live data from the exchange. We do not trade with simulated accounts or simulated data."?

If you know of one out there, please provide a link.
