There is no chat. Baron got rid of it a long time ago. In fact, there use to be a direct link to the chat room posted at the top of the website with the (Home, Forums, Brokers, Software, Books, Options Analysis, Contact Us). It's no longer there. Thus, you guys must be clicking on the old chat link from within this thread from a long time ago as in reading/clicking on links from a few years ago.

Over several days to a week now I've noticed that the thread "ES Journal" hangs and takes forever to load. Is this normal for certain busy threads to hang?

Yes. Has been "hanging" last couple of days. ES Journal in particular extremely slow.

The reason is the chat is active during market hours primarily.
