There seems to be a limit of 10 users.

Is this some trial version you are using that has pre-set limits?

Yeah, the streaming media server that handles the audio/video has a cutoff of 10 users because it's a trial version. I didn't want to spend the $5,000 for the full Flash Media Server until I knew the new room was something people liked and wanted to use.
