Charts with Signals??

Looking for a recommendation for real time charts that will alert when a condition is true. Example, price crossing an MA.

I need a charting backup on a second computer to my primary trading system, and I'm hoping to find something efficient and inexpensive.

Thanks for any suggestion. So far I haven't found anything other than a full blown trading system.
