Charts Taking Forever to Load in TWS

Flipping through my watchlist in TWS (maybe 5-10 names), the lag to load a new chart can take 15+ seconds vs. the normal few seconds. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
Unfortunately TWS is worst software to trade by far... Charts are not loading or loading like after 5-10 secs... There is no scalping possible because of slowness of the software. The answer is support is: „Our programmers are working on it“. Please just don‘t even touch the working versions and let your programmers focus on a new software... We need a good software like TOS.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I thought the IB TWS was professional type of grade for trading so that is what's a bit frustrating on the lag part. I did call to support, they had me increase the system memory, restart the system, and switch to the Beta version. None of which helped.
 
Hello, which version of TWS are you using? I used Beta version before but it was so laggy. The stable version is much better. Maybe the stable version helps you.
