Does anyone knows a good (free) charting tool to import ASCII data?
I have min-data interval data of the EUR/USD for 2004-2005. I use this for my dissertation on EUR/USD seasonality.
The problem is that I want to have 15-min interval but to this in excel is far too much work?
So i need a program that can import my min-interval and than show only 15-min interval ad export that table to excel or spss.
Anyone any idea on this? Or maybe knows where i can get the data I want, or can provide me with tha data.
