Every drug addict thinks he can manage his habit socially. But the only time when it is socially acceptable is when you are in a room full of other people who are also also using crack.

If you are at a party and nobody else is using crack but you, then you've already proven you cant manage it socially. If you are in a crack house smoking with other crackheads then you've also proven you cant manage it socially because crackhouses are by definition socially unacceptable. Therefore, there is no excuse that drugs are ok no matter where you are or who you are doing them with.
