Charles Schwab int, Account maintenance minimum, inactivity ? TDA Merger

Hi,

I know they want 25K minimum for opening account?

1- Can you let your account balance drop below 25K ? Is there less than 25K account maintenance minimum.

2- How long you can go without funding your account, once your account opening approved ? will they close you account?

3-Is there an minimum activity fees like IB ?

4- Is there any info when they will merge with TD ameritrade? As TDA they don't open account for my Country, this is the reason i open account with schwab only. Thanks

I will ask them later for further confirmation ,,, But trying to find out everything that i need to ask them.

Fyi i couldn't find answers on their website or internet.
