TDs support is nothing compared to Schwab. I usually wait less than a minute! With TD it was 25 minutes to talk a warm body. Silly idea of them paying for the software, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS AND MONEY UNDER MANAGEMENT. ToS is a nice bonus.

I have different experience, getting in touch with ToS support team is easy and I could always get someone promptly on the line.

TDA is compatitor to companies like IB, E*trade, Tradestation and Lightspeed. After Merger, these three companies will grow, and Schwab TDA plateform will have many problems and service will go down.
