I admit the term "Chaos Oscillator" made me curious and I looked up the code.

What I saw made me laugh.

Difference of 2 Simple MAs.

Muaaaa....:

MidBar = ( H + L ) *.5;
AO = Average( MidBar, 5 ) - Average( MidBar, 34 );

If AO > AO[ 1 ] Then
SetPlotColor( 1, Green )
Else If AO < AO[ 1 ] Then
SetPlotColor( 1, Red );

Plot1( AO, "AO" );
Plot2( 0, "Zero" );
 
actually I googled however its not easy to find the fomulaer.
cos many words hits.

Now I know how to calculate.

finding books in English is not easy. especially English book about frading systems in T O K Y O.
