Down 375$ today and calling it a day.
Took 1 more trade on NQ, made 375$ so break even for today.
Yeah no shit, talk about a buzzkill. Was up 15 or so points in NQ (was looking for 50 points like yesterday, and it seemed a stretch today based on the action. But took a chance), then his big mouth destroyed the delicate market vibrations today at noon ET. I bailed at 44 points below entry in typical panicked-fashion.
And now I see breaking news on Janet Yellin yammering away about the economy overheating? Must be nice to be a retired member of the Fed and a "distinguished fellow" of a think-tank. She's just another analyst now. Wonder if GS or MS would be willing to hire her on a per diem for comments that could move markets.
Finally got my Renko bars back working after f'ing with it the entire week. didn't trade yesterday or today. I'm taking next week solo to get fully back into the swing of things and will post p&l numbers as I get back into it.
