OK I saw a quick pop in ES for a trade but bailed after a few bars because market is getting too choppy. Rahter just take the small money and get out. Now I really am avoiding this market rest of day (hopefully)

I fear the next trade will be a big loser so better to just ignore the rest of the day...

Last one. Markets popped so went long with it for a quick pop. Given lunch settling in I got out as action could dry up. Below is summary of previous 2 trades and the one I just closed. They are broken apart becuase I also had some NQ option positions I was closing in between on the trade summary, no need to get into that here .
