I see that CGC is making a very powerful step

I can't find any report for 10-Q or 8-K for them on SEC to see their earnings !

You might have better luck searching Canadian regulators for Canadian filings...

But they should have fillings since they are traded in usa!

CGC only started trading in the US recently, so all previous filings you will have to read the Canadian version under $WEED.TO on TSX. Or maybe you can try $TWMJF on NYSE.
