i think this sums up countrywide as a stock and a company.
'you can only polish a turd so much'.
there is no business model.
it cant access cheap funds.
nobody can get a mortgage because the rules are too strict now.
no lender can get finacing to relend to new mortgagees.
what exactly does countrywide have.
same as northern rock here in the uk.
and their shares are down 80 percent.

this is why the shares are so low and ive been calling for people to short them from $30.
