I am long CEPH calls @ 80.
What is it going to happen?
Quotes on the stock are halted,
and I get no quotes on the options.

Since you didn't mention the strike, it will settle to Max(81.5-K,0) as a cash payment where K is your strike.

You can look on the OCC website for clarification as to what you will exactly happen.

Strike is 80.
