The point is that there is always going to be a risk ladder....and pigs still are not pretty .....even though they have lipstick....
Really should not be insulting pigs....CDS' are truly ugly....

What are the compelling reasons against bringing the CDS into the sunlight as a tradeable instruments .... perhaps through the CME.


Also, while we are on the subjects.

A variation of CDS could be swapped amongst ET members thus creating the illusion of income whilst insuring debt and risk.

It would do wonders for your FICO.
