CDs for foreign currencies ala Everbank?

They dont accept non-us residents so I'm wondering what are some other ways to invest on different currencies.
I don't want to use futures because I will be overexposed given my account size. Is there some kind of ETFs or CDs that can help with that?

Rydex provides other currencies ETFs, FXB (British Pound), FXA (Australian) FXC (Canadian) FXM (Mexico) FXF (Swiss Franc) and FXM (Mexican).
