It's systemic. If you're black, you're likelier to be born into poverty. If you're born into poverty you're likelier to go to underfunded schools. If you go to underfunded schools, you're likelier to get shittier education on nutrition, health, and sex education. If you went to an underfunded school, you're likelier to not get a higher education. If you didn't get a higher education, you're likelier to get a shit paying job. If you got a shit paying job you're likelier to buy high caloric, cheap foods exacerbating your shitty education on nutrition and not have time to hit the gym to stay healthy. If you can afford shitty healthcare w/your shit paying job, you're likelier to get hit w/pre-existing conditions from your shitty choices from your shitty education from shitty systemic racism.
And if you managed to stay healthy, you're likelier to get shot at a traffic stop from racist cops.
Now back from the derail the triggered can't help from taking this topic to:
Luckily, we've now identified racism as a serious threat to public health.
