CCI and crossing the 0 zero value line

please offer your feedback...lets start a discussion on the CCI and eminis...

Examine price, as usual, then when it is consolidated look for guidance on possible crossing direction of -100 and 100 not 0 using a small length 14 or 20.

In my informal CCIs studies I came to this conclusion.

All the CCI crossing zero says is that the closing price has crossed the simple moving average of the same length.
