CBOT Office Space

I was looking at the office space at the CBOT, link below. Found them offering 76 sq ft for one of the offices. What is that? Having an office in a broom closet?

76 sq ft is actually a storage closet in the Basement level They lease those out

Actually it says its on the 11th floor (1109).

Funny thing about the CBOT is that they will charge for rent on the square footage outside the usable area. In other words, they figure it out from the outside of the outside walls to the outside of the outside walls around the office. They also require a very long lease and are merciless about letting you out.

Point is... if it is says 76SF, then your usable space is more like 50 SF. It sounds like enough room to put a server and a couple of routers and switches to me.

Maybe you can trade while suspended to make full use of the vertical square footage as well.
