CBOT hosted Classes/Training?

Has anyone ever attended any of the classes/seminars located at the CBOT - as advertised on their website (http://www.cbot.com/cbot/pub/page/0,3181,1130,00.html). I was thinking of attending one of the upcoming Dan Gramza or Ag workshops in the next few weeks. Has anyone attended one of these in the past? Did you feel they were worth the money to attend?

i have not attended any. i have checked out several of their webinars.

OF the webinars i watched, the gramza ones were about the worst imo. it's not that he doesn;'t know his stuff. he seems pretty knowledgeable, but he is slower than molasses in january to listen to.

but there are some good free webinars on the CBOT site, in general
