CBOT down?

I like the YM and I really don't know why... just familiarity I guess... these outages are disconcerting but can be dealt with ok.

even if you know to go quickly to hedge, you can still miss a huge spike before you figure out that it's down -> yet again

Are you trying to sound like a smart ass like most posters here at elitetrader by the way?

I am trying to hedge my short position and in terms of tick value i see nothing wrong buying NQ.

I won't be the most perfect hedge, but I am doing this only because CBOT is down.

thanks for the tip.

thing is, NQ was the first contract available in my platform and didnt wanna waste time opening up ES.

next time i'll use ES.
