I would like to see weekly's go away, do we really need an expiration every Friday?

My clients find the weeklies are more interesting than the monthly options. They do a lot of volume in these. The weekly VIX options will be very popular.

I do a lot in the weeklies as well. For certain strategies, it's huge to have 5 bites at the apple every month instead of one.

This is a CBOE product. Will it be Section 1256?

Yes ....... Good for buyers and sellers. It's nice to place trades a few days in duration and take the loss or profit quickly.
