I have a friend in the State Troopers. He and "most" of his department take so much steroids you would think they were entering a bodybuilding contest. That definitely has a lot to do with their short fuses and aggression.

That's a litigation nightmare ready to happen. If they ever unload on someone (literally or otherwise) and an investigation into the trooper is done, substance use could provide a healthy payment to whoever the victim (or family) is.
