I can’t think of the British or Aussie naturalist who wrote about a small group of Christians he ran in to in Africa building solar stoves, digging wells and educated them on healthy practices while providing medical care. He’s famous like Dawkins and said “If only they practiced practical love like this instead of hypocrisy, I might have remained”. Too busy attacking gays, trans hate and controlling women’s bodies for love?

Usually it’s recovering cult members who furious. The Crazy Evangelicals, Westboro, LDS, JWs, Mennonites, Hutterites, FLDS, Aum Shinrikyo and Scientology. Were you ever involved or know anyone that got deceived? It’s a shitty feeling I can say from experience.






I am not being disrespectful, I have high functioning friends who were also duped and now protest at the cult HQs or gatherings. They hate anything religious, pissed off that God let them be tricked for decades and ruined their lives. Me, I guess I was stupid for not catching it sooner.

WITH all due respect, T Ted do those ''high'' religion haters blame God for all their problems or just the religion part??
Christianity is not a religion, which is a mans attempt to earn salvation/heaven.
In a good context, ''religion '' only noted once; which does not even meet the Bible standard of 2 or 3 witnesses .
Of course that could mighty convenient, blaming almighty God for problems; not productive but convenient.
