Catholic priest views on god.

Quote from OPTIONAL777:

The state-court judges don't make law, the interpret the existing laws presented to them in the cases they hear. They uncover what they believe is the real meaning of the law...they are not lawmakers.
So you're an expert on law AND goat fuckers. Truly impressive.

Quote from jem:

Not only do state-court judges possess the power to "make" common law, but they have the immense power to shape the States' constitutions as well. See, e.g., Baker v. State, 170 Vt. 194, 744 A. 2d 864 (1999).

and that is case law saying that judges make common law and shape constitutions.

Are you 7zzz overuling a court.

Please quote the judges in that case where they wrote that "they make common law."

Thanks.

when you start citing to judges which say common law is not law, or you explain why marbury vs madison or the Li case in ca are not new law...

i might consider doing your work for you.

till then look it up yourself.

You are making a claim, which is opinion...not a fact in evidence.

All you have to do is provide a judge/court's direct quote where they say they are making law.

Otherwise, they are just ruling on laws they did not create, and not creating new laws...

How about you 2 getting your own damn thread and hashing it out?

In Koran, there is a chapter about taxes where rich people supposed to share 2.5% of their wealth every year. But being rich is calculated with a certain amount of gold nothing else

how did god know that after 1411 years, gold would hold its value?

Amazing

Why?

Can't you ignore the conversation?

Questions of our system of law based on the reasoning of men, versus Sharia Law, or Papal law, or Mosaic law are what separates us from feudal and tribal systems of government.

Perhaps the new "King James Version" of the Koran would calculate wealth in barrels of crude oil...

No it's kinda hard to get around, and this isn't the first time you 2 have hijacked threads to discuss this BS.

Get your own thread and I won't be duped by the system thinking somebody actually posted something remotely worth reading.

If you 2 are so passionate about this topic create your own thread.
