To be honest, Sun computers were great at the time. Also, Solaris was ahead of its time. The best OS I ever used, and that was going back a generation ago.
Then what? Steve Job's NeXT was even greater innovation. But Bill Gates's dwarf MS Windows triumphed NeXT and Apple at that time.
NeXT was pretty good. It was too expensive for what it did and SGI was the king at the time for graphics servers. Even Lucasfilms used it for its special effects & graphics editing.
An SGI IRIX box is in the Jurassic Park movie near the end of it. The female character calls it UNIX but its really IRIX.

They all dead anyway. And MS Windows took out all of them. The Linux goes nowhere except some servers at some certain corporate corners.

She is not that important to the overall market.
We just waiting for her fund price to collapse because she seems to be so full of herself.
For someone who has been around the markets for so many decades. She knows she can have have a 80%+ drawdown, but is talking her book for the $$$$.
Why she cant just stay off the TV instead of trying to 'con' people (give people false confidence), many of whom will be gullible newbies who have never seen a protracted bear market before.
