I was a pro digital photographer nearly 4 years ago before digital was mainstream. Listen-up: almost all digital photography goes thru <some> modification. Usually, white balance or color balance adjustments are done. Sometimes a "soft" filter is applied.
This is normal and expected.
Super-photoshopping involves major image modifcations and transforms...distorting sections, etc. That's what you are talking about. Nothing of this nature was done to these Olivia Wilde photos.
