When I first saw her I thought "Oh jeez, another artist who has to use a bunch of gimmicks to cover up a lack of talent". But she really has talent as you can see in some of the old clips of her performing at the piano before she was Lady Gaga. For her next big appearance on an award show or whatever I wish she would just perform in a regular outfit with normal makeup just to throw people off a bit and also to let people make up their minds about her without all the distraction.

^^^ Kiss did it ( shed the costumes ) and had no problem. She could pull it off and her talent would support her easily. She will probably be in costume for years to come. I like the looks she has, her style is excellent.
Glad she has not dressed like Donald Duck on stage so far like someone else who made a huge career out of wild costumes.
