Cash deposit from IB

Hi there

I try use IB web to initiate cash withdraw or deposit using
electronc fund transfer or EFT through magor bank like TD and CIBC.

But I find out that only Canadian dollar can use EFT to transfer not for US dollar.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?

I dont prefer exchange back and forth.
